The Farm
we source our tallow from Dooley Creek Farms, a fourth-generation, hundred acre regenerative farm based in the Crystal River Valley.
fostering connection in community, Jack and Mollie are passionate about using regenerative practices to foster ecological and human flourishing and raising their children to love and steward the earth.
they seek to use practices that reflect nature's design with a softer impact on the environment. raising grass-fed/finished cattle allows for a more nutrient-dense profile that has been proven to be higher in vitamins E, D, B, beta-carotene, magnesium, calcium, and potassium, as well as more omega 3 fatty acids.
